Practice officially begins in 3 days, all players need to report on Moday July 11 at 5:45pm at Frost Middle School. Players need to wear shorts and a T-shirt along with your cleats. Bring water bottle with you along with any medication such as an asthma rescue inhaler and written statement from a parent or legal guardian staing that you may need to use the inhaler.
NOTE TO PARENTS:
ALL PLAYERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DRINK PLENTY OF LIQUIDS, SUCH AS WATER AND GATORADE. PLEASE RESTRICT THE PLAYERS INTAKE OF CARBONATED SOFT DRINKS AND OTHER SUCH BEVERAGES TO A MINIMUM.
WE ARE ALSO LOOKING INTO HAVING A MEDICAL PROFFESSIONAL TO BE AT THE SCHOOL GIVING PHYSICALS TO THE PLAYERS(PHYSICALS MUST BE DONE BEFORE CONTACT PRACTICE CAN BEGIN) IT LOOKS LIKE THE BEST PRICE WE CAN GET FOR THE PHYSICALS IS $20. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS SERVICE PLEASDE CONTACT THE COACHING STAFF AND LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE INTERESTED.
